My name is Lucía and I’m the founder of Creative You.

I have dedicated most of my life (yes! I began this work as a teenager!) to igniting Creative Spirit–a healing and transformative force–in the lives of the people I serve and support.
I founded Creative You with the mission of awakening all humans to their innate and limitless creative voice & power.
I fuse my roles as a dance/movement therapist, multidisciplinary artist, sound healer and creative coach, to offer rich and holistic containers for restoration and empowerment.
I’m a mother, a Buddhist practitioner and a first generation Argentinian American. I’m passionate about uplifting humanity by treasuring each individual for who they truly are, honoring their unique mission on this earth. I have over a decade of experience in therapeutic and clinical facilitation for numerous groups of people across a wide range of settings, including psychiatric facilities, schools, museums, private companies and more.
Currently, I work with groups in circles, workshops and retreats. I also serve individuals, curating and leading 1:1 creative mentorship as well as replenishment sessions.

Group Offerings

Our workshops, retreats and group circles serve to engage the whole body, activate Creative Spirit, and unlock inner reserves of life force.

These experiences are multi-modality, weaving together restorative sound/music (live instrumentation of 8-10 instruments), gentle guided movement + embodiment structures, and easeful, delight-oriented art play.
We explore a rich spectrum of themes including, but not limited to:
